Owner / Head Trainer
I have always loved dogs and animals ever since I can remember, but it wasn't until I was an adult that I got to experience the joy of being a dog owner. When I got my puppy I loved her so much that I couldn't wait to get home from work every day to see her! I would routinely get home and immediately shower my puppy with love and affection. After that I would take her on a walk, and again I would give my dog an overwhelming amount of affection. I did not realize that I was not being a very good packleader or authoritative figure in my dog's life. My dog had no rules, boundaries, or limitations. I later learned that I was actually humanizing my dog.
This is the most common mistake we as humans make with our dogs. My pup grew rapidly, and before I knew it, I had a dog with serious problems, including aggression issues. I needed help and decided to hire a dog trainer. Through the process of rehabilitating my dog, my passion for dog training and dog psychology grew. I have attended several dog training courses with some of the best trainers and have extensively studied dog psychology. I know what it is like to feel frustrated and hopeless. But don't worry there's always a solution!
With patience, commitment, constant leadership, lots of exercise and diligent discipline, you can change the relationship between you and your dog. I learned hands on how to deal with my dog’s issues and so can you! Let me show you how to be the leader your dog has always wanted you to be. Together we can create balance and harmony between you and your dog.
